Today, when users of MySpace visit the jobs section, powered by Simply Hired, they’ll get an option to add the search results to their personal homepage.

After completing the job query, updated results can then be seen regularly once logging in. Sort of a like a traditional e-mail alert.

SH is currently touting 600,000 saved widgets to date, with 150,000 - 200,000 new additions each month. No doubt the pursuit of revenue from such traction is underway as well. The “widgetification” (not a word, but should be) of the Web marches on.
