The big problem is that submitting your feed is a pain in the rear. Unlike their homepage, Base is NOT easy to use. I recently asked other job board owners what they think. Can't quantify that, maybe it would be different if I spent more time there today. Bottomline: it's a bit boring. Especially when compared to your post and comments yesterday about Monster.
