Stealing away the competitions’ talent base is easier than ever with Facebook’s Flyers Pro, the social networking site’s highly targeted advertising system and newest threat to Google’s AdWords. Just select the specific workplace(s) of users you want your ad to show-up in front of:

If you’re Coke, just plug-in “PepsiCo.” Microsoft? Type in “Google.” You get the idea. Third parties and job boards should have a field day with this one as well.

You may also target your advertising in a variety of other ways, certain to get the attention of the Feds: sex, age and relationship status. Pricing is on a PPC basis. Get in while it’s still cheap! (And legal?)

Hey Joel, have you tried this out yet? I keep signing up and it won’t let me submit my billing info – it tells me to enter a valid address. My address is valid and it is the address linked to the credit card, so I don’t know what the problem is. I e-mailed Facebook and they told me it’s a known issue and that they’re working on it. From the looks of it, there are many more ads appearing on Facebook, so some people must be able to sign up. I wonder how they’re doing it.

I wanted to take it out for a test drive, but the keyword selection process is a bit tricky. As for you, I’m sure any billing problems are just a temporary problem. They *do* want your money.
