The bean counters visiting Jobs in the Money now have something appealing to peruse. Of course, I’m not sure finance-types care all that much, but it’s certainly an improvement for the rest of us.

Old Look

New Look

Company director Evan Lesser says, “The new site is a pretty big improvement over the last. Aside from a new, cleaner look-and-feel, we’ve given recruiters a bunch of ATS functions built-in for use. Some of the more powerful tools that come to mind are a fully automated pre-screening tool, the ability to rank and flag resumes, unlimited note-taking on resumes, a templated email system, etc.”

The company is owned by Dice, which went public recently. Guess a little extra cash is good for the eyes as much as the wallet. For some good amusement, checkout the site over the years.

Gotta love the 90s, when web design was young and ugly. The new jobsinthemoney looks much better than the old site, and I noticed more jobs too. Still not so sure of that site name though.
