Über-sourcer Shally Steckerl’s presentation at the Direct Employers Association annual conference in Las Vegas last week was a personal favorite of mine. People eat-up this sourcing stuff like it’s candy!
Afterward, I pulled Shally aside for a quick interview, including a sourcing definition (as he sees it) and some tips for recruiters just starting out who want to learn more.

Shally is a class act and was a real crowd pleaser at our annual membership meeting in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend him in any recruitment consulting situation or as a speaker. He is top-notch in every way.
