My appreciation for Chris Russell is no secret. We have a lot in common, are sure to connect at every recruiting conference and have been known to grab a few late night slices of pizza when in Manhattan.

So when Chris recently offered to sell Recruiting Fly to me, it was easy to listen. In addition to being a strong brand in the recruiting niche, the site has built up a great deal of online trust.
Fortunately, we were able to strike a deal and put RecruitingFly.com smack dab in the Cheezhead network, which currently includes sites like Magic Pot of Jobs, Job Search News and JobsStat. The whole mess is one big work-in-progress with optimism of some future consistency.
I’m not quite sure what I’m going to do with The Fly at this point, aside from creating additional advertising real estate and a place to add relevant content. I’m hopeful the upcoming holiday break will enable me to come up with some ideas.
