I was recently interviewed by U.S. News and World Report in an article entitled, “Using the Web to Search for a Job.” If you have some extra time on your hands, it’s a pretty good read. They actually make me sound kinda smart, which is no easy task, I tell ya’.

Hey Joel - Extremely thoughtful and thought provoking interview. Thanks for recognizing Climber.com as one of the “job sites out there that are trying to take the job search to a different level.” We pride ourselves on being an innovative company amongst the lemmings and ‘me too’ mentality that currently exists in the job site space. Thanks for your support.
Great coverage…congratulations! Your input and insight is needed and it is a good sign that US News is looking in the right places. And as always the itzbig mention is appreciated. We are on the cusp of change in the way talent and companies source and disover each other…and sourcing/recruitment innovation can and will affect overall marketing. It’s been a long road and ’bout time.

Very nice - I’m glad you mentioned that video interviews will be part of the process!
