		<description>Another important note is that the offering doesn't apply to staffing firms, unless I'm just getting mistreated. The ability to manage a major staffing account on LinkedIn is rudimentary at best. Of course this is a conscious decision by LinkedIn to prevent itself from becoming like every other job board - teeming with unsavory recruiters :)</description>

First, monster.com rendered the almighty database obsolete.  Now, Linked In with their recommendations and visible connections is going to make it even more difficult good recruiters to distinguish themselves.</description>
