I’m glad to see career builder not afraid to have fun in their ads or web videos.

So let me get this straight, we are now being feed that our co-workers do not like us if they do not go above and beyond for our birthday? Let the negative ad campaign continue!!

I have an idea, maybe the career builder sales people can now place on postings, “work here because of the birthday parties”.

  3. Anonymous Says:

Oh man, now Careerbuilder is going to help employers get all of the quality candidates! Once they start telling their employers to talk how nobody will hate you at the new job because they celebrate your birthday after 6:30, and have brought you a store bought cake. Man Careerbuilder, you are so in tune with the needs of the HR community. Why didn’t anyone else think of that before? I love you Careerbuilder, how much for a years worth of job postings?

  4. LindaD Says:

Hysterical! I love the end - “a job with a chocolate fountain birthday party is out there!”
I am going to have to evaluate my work placed worth this year on my birthday! LOL! Loved it!

  5. Chad Sowash Says:

Bravo! Whoever was responsible for that should have been in charge of the Super Bowl commercials…

  6. LindaD Says:

I liked the Super Bowl commercials! I love the idea behind this one though! A lot of my friends at work have seen this so I hope they get the idea that I want a happy hour party, that makes me worth a lot at work! LOL!
