		<description>This makes sense, it seems like a no brainer, although I don't see it doing much for Indeed's business.

Not totally on topic, but I find it astounding that American Express is investing in online recruiting videos when navigating their careers site (especially the campus recruitment section) is like banging your head against the wall. They also appear to have turned a blind eye to SEO on their careers site. Shouldn't user experience come before things like video?</description>
