Amy Lynch of Bottom Line Conversation in Nashville presented at the recent SMA conference on recruiting millennials. In it, she said employers need to move past general social networking site like MySpace and Facebook and look into more niche-specific networks like We Play.

Considering the fact I think most employers are still trying to get their heads around the Big Two social networks, this progressive idea seemed worthy of sharing.
