Now with thousands of hours of research and honest conversations with companies, recruiters and GenY job seekers (not to mention much work on usability and design) www.Zumeo.com has relaunched what we know is a beautiful solution for connecting young professionals and great companies.

Even so, I hope we never lose the tag of "industry outsider", as often the greatest products and solutions come from those without the bias and group think "insiders" can fall victims to.

I think Zumeo has earned a second look, granted I am a little bias:)

Thanks, "Bryan" of Jobster. No hard feelings ... your company used to be entertaining too.

So what is the best tool for passive candidate searches?

I've read a few of your blogs and they all seem to be very negative, have you thought about a more positive feel or is "negative" your thing.

In the above blog, you pseudo rip on two companies, but I get nothing for a solution.

I think you might be more Perez Hilton of the HR World, as far as a resource is concerned, more negative gossip and little content. That's no slam on Perez, HE'S entertaining at least.
