monster’s chief accounting officer says buh-bye?

Fri, May 16, 2008

News

Keeping track of the number of execs who have left Monster in the past few months is a dizzying task, but it looks like we’ll need to add the job board’s global controller and chief accounting officer, Jon Trumbull, to the list. Sources tell us he resigned this week after being with the company since 2002.

According to Monster Worldwide’s (MNST) site, Trumbull was “responsible for the company’s regulatory reporting and SEC compliance and he served as vice president and corporate controller for three years before being named [global controller and chief accounting officer] in March 2005.”

When will the bleeding end? I mean, this is getting ridiculous.

UPDATE: Story confirmed by Alley Insider, which I missed while traveling.

It’s not bleeding - it’s deliberate ethnic cleansing. The replacement is another Iannuzzi crony from Symbol, natch.

  2. CHEEZ HATES MONSTER Says:

why has the cheez had no mention in regards to monster adding to their sales force significantly…especially their north american field sales force.

whenever a new ceo comes they tend to have their own agenda and when they ahve this agenda they tend to change the exec team…happens all the time with new ceos or with mergers etc.

so far in 07 monsters profits increased substantially and their ales grew to 1.21 billion..i believe i read it was a 20% increase..sounds pretty good to me
