This is some of the only intelligent commentary I’ve heard on “generational differences.” He’s talking about the structural, demographic, and environmental issues as opposed to some touchy-feely stuff that Gen Y is this, Gen X is that, and Boomers are something else. I’d love to hear more of what he had to say.
