		<description>This is some of the only intelligent commentary I&#039;ve heard on &quot;generational differences.&quot; He&#039;s talking about the structural, demographic, and environmental issues as opposed to some touchy-feely stuff that Gen Y is this, Gen X is that, and Boomers are something else. I&#039;d love to hear more of what he had to say.</description>
