Joel, I always enjoy reading your take on issues. Your right when we launched WiserWorker.com we carefully hand selected job categories from EmploymentGuide.com that would translate well over to working adults age 40 and older demographic. We worked with our partners to identify which categories would best fit the demographic. Since the launch, we have and will continue to add jobs to WiserWorker.com and will eventually turn off that feed.

What you don't know is everything about this site was built for and with the mature candidate in mind. Even the feature of increasing and or decreasing font was one of those features we researched. We have spent the last 2 years working to develop a program that will benefit the mature candidate. We won’t stop until we have ultimately created the perfect job board for the mature worker.

Last year we held a job fair series that was attended by over 40,000 job seekers many were hired. This year we are proud to be hosting 65 job fairs across the country, we hope to create a atmosphere that will be useful and comfortable for the working adult to find a job and learn about what’s out there in the world of employment. Those events are held in collaboration with The AARP Foundation and during Department of Labor’s National Employ The Older Worker Week.

Keep your eye on WiserWorker.com we are adding features and benefits everyday. We appreciate any feedback you or your reader provide, this product was created for them. I can be reached at amy.hoster@wiserworker.com or 888-606-7896 Ext 238
