cheezhead to exhibit at shrm conference (thanks jobing!)

News

We’re giddy to announce we’ll be exhibiting at the upcoming SHRM conference next week in Chicago. Our booth number is 4421.

However, if you’re not-so-good with numbers, just track down the Jobing.com booth, which won’t be difficult for the fact that it’s about the size of a small metropolitan area all by itself.

Why Jobing? As fans of our blog, the gang there was kind enough to donate a 10 x 10 chunk of their real estate to us. Very cool and very generous.

In typical fashion, we’ll be all around the show collecting plenty of content for the blog. However, having a booth is much more convenient and will enable us to set-up shop for interviews, connecting with old and new friends, livestreaming and whatever else our little brains can come up with.

Hope to see you next week. And if not, be sure to tune into Cheezhead for the latest SHRM 411. We’ll be talkin’ interviews, video, pics, posts, parties ….

No doubt, Jobing was the loudest booth last year. Pack some earplugs, Joel. I think all Jobing employees were there. Wonder who was running the board. Unless they were hired local t-shirt wearers..

Jobing.com did have the loudest booth last year and we are quite proud of that fact. We do not hire “T-Shirt Wearers” to represent our organization. We had a great number of our employees in attendance last year; however, we maintained staff in each and every one of our markets to ensure our number one goal was achieved, to serve our clients.

Joel we are looking forward to seeing you in Chicago.

Have a great day and GO JOBING.

I’m sure that will not influence your blog at all Joel! Maybe some of the other boards will start bribing you too to keep negative headlines out or get extra press!

Sounds pretty intense. We will definitely be going to the SHRM conference. I recommend getting some Chicago style pizza while you’re in town. Maybe some Bacci’s

Yeah, bring the special cookies and let’s rock this place. HR duds are just waiting to let their hair down and your special cookies will do the trick!

Bloggers are not journalists and I guess they don’t have any ethical reasons to be unbiased. This blog has time and again refused “report” and negative news about Jobbing and you would have to guess that is because they bought Joel’s silence with a booth in Chicago last year or because Joel is friends with Aaron Matos.

Jobbing has fired, laid off, terminated, chased out more then 75% of their staff. They are hanging on by a thread and cannot be in any position to buy Hot Jobs as Joel reported. They are cutting costs wherever they can including the Annual SHRM conference.

Booth #957 is conspicuously empty at SHRM 2009. Just a few weeks ago it showed Jobing would be there in a much smaller booth then the two past years. What’s the deal here? Is Jobbing not attending SHRM this year? Joel, does this release you from you obligation to be silent after accepting their donation last year? Rumor is that Matos told his people not to worry and that Joel Cheezman will not be reporting on Jobing.com.
