According to Monster CEO Sal Soprano Iannuzzi, "This is an unrivaled and unique technology, and it underscores Monster's commitment to investing significant resources to enhance our overall technology platform. "Trovix's superior match technology complements nicely our ongoing investments in product, sales and customer service, as well as the extension of our business into new areas and geographies. This is truly a game-changing development." Game-changing, huh? Doubtful.

While PayScale does charge for more in-depth reports, much of their content is free and open to the public. Founder Joe Giordano said, "PayScale plays an integral part in making the job market place transparent in terms of salary and compensation. We collect millions of profiles with all their unique attributes and then use advanced computation power and statistics to make sure that the data is all valid."
