I love how Castellini says “sell” on “eHarmony” recruiting websites. I think he needs to spend time with his sales force that routinely pitches their relevance & matching technologies. CB is always talking about how CareerBuilder matching technology is designed to “connect job seekers to jobs more effectively.” Well done Rich, obviously the execs at CB have open doors to their salesforce.
