We reached out to Sid directly the day his comment was posted. He has not made a placement on BountyJobs so we weren't sure what issue he could have around commissions. When we reached Sid, he immediately apologized and explained that he had made a mistake. He had thought a delayed payment at his firm was related to BountyJobs when in fact it had nothing to do with us.

Bounty Jobs is deplorable. They do not return calls nor do they readily send you your commissions. I personally think they are a scam. I see no reason to think that dayak is any different. A recruiter is much better off establishing his or her own clients without the intrusion of either of these companies. They do not deserve a percentage of your fee. Again, do not waste your time with these phony companies.

What both bountyjobs and dayak fail to get is the fact that no recruiter wants to split their fee simply for the benefit of sending a resume to a company. One of the reasons all independent recruiters leave their firm to go on their own is the fact that the percentage the firm takes is exorbitant. As a recruiter I worked a couple of jobs on Bj but then encouraged the company to use recruitalliance who do not take any portion of the fee PLUS i control my own billing. Now dayak wants to not only take part of my fee they are encouraging companies to lower the fee. What a deal..!

Smuz is an affiliate of Dayak and we have seen a lot of signups from our users since joining. I have inquired with BountyJobs about an affiliate program but they don't currently offer one. I'm sure tapping into a group of 100% commission based sales providers has contributed to their success so far.
