Sean Bisceglia, CEO of TalentDrive, said that since the web-based talent search engine launched in May of this year, more RPOs and corporations are turning to his site for recruitment solutions in favor of AIRS or InfoGist.

“That’s because we do things a little differently here at TalentDrive,” Bisceglia. “It’s software on-demand. We have a very strong analytics package that separates us from the bunch, plus we connect from a lot more locations than our competitors do.”

The sourcing software, which is offered on a subscription basis at around $5,700 per user, leverages the job boards of about 43 clients globally. The site also utilizes job descriptions, not Boolean search.

Bisceglia said they’re currently connecting to about 10,900 job boards, a fraction of the 50,000 purported to floating around the Internet. But he said they continue to pick up locations and clients daily and are on track to have about 140 users by December.

Future plans involve adding professional networking site LinkedIn to their list of searchable locations.
