		<description>So this offing is biased to a) large or b) growing-like crazy companies.  This doesn&#039;t do anything for smaller to mid-size and makes them less likely to find value in HotJobs.  An interesting way to define &quot;top&quot; for sure.  It does nothing to peak my interest in wanting to hear more or sign up (already a current customer).  Pass.</description>
