There’s been quite a shake-up at Yellojobs.com’s USA operations.![]()
Jim Newfrock, CEO, their VP of Business Development, Brad Wells, and COO Alex Conway have left the employment referral company due to an apparent clash of opinions.
“Alex, Brad and I all departed Yellojobs due to differences of opinion on strategy, autonomy and technology issues,” Newfrock said. ”We hope to be reincarnated soon.”
Both Newfrock and Conway worked at Booz Hamilton before YelloJobs.
Yellojobs is a joint venture between Yello Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based online advertising company, and Contract Recruitment Ltd, a London recruitment company claiming a strong presence in India.
After such an exodus, will the US operations remain intact, or will they close up shop to allow Yello Pte Ltd to focus on their international branches?
Newfrock said to stay tuned. Cheezhead will update this story as we know more. Amusingly, Joel had interviewed Newfrock and Conway as recently as June 2008.

Things like these happen everyday in the US.
It seems more like a bunch of executives picking from an idea of a start-up to execute on their own. Such featured PR coverage is more to cover their credibility after moving on.
Anyways, good luck fellas…
