By Vanessa Dennis - Best Buy is utilizing a lot of Web 2.0 technology to attract and recruit a younger generation. Senior Pipeline Generation Expert Joshua Kahn talked about three things in particular that are causing people to throw on those blue shirts: their Facebook page, an internal social network, and the much-publicized ROWE program. Kahn said, "We felt this would allow people interested in potentially working for Best Buy to get a better feel for the real culture and what the actual employees were talking about far beyond what could be communicated via a job posting or banner ad."
