Jobvite, a recruitment application that claims to involve all employees in the hiring process, has added another Yahoo veteran, Tim Lambert, who will become their new Chief Revenue Officer.
The announcement comes shortly after the appointment of Adam Hyder, veteran Yahoo! and Silicon
Valley engineer, as Jobvite¹s Chief Technology Officer.
Dan Finnigan, the former Senior Vice President of Yahoo! and General Manager of HotJobs, left his post at Yahoo! back in July to become Jobvite’s CEO, and the exit interviews at Yahoo! haven’t stopped since.
Most recently Lambert was the VP of Sales at Spot Runner, an advertising services company. Prior to Spot Runner, Lambert served as head of Yahoo! Spot Marketing and VP of Business Development at Yahoo! HotJobs.
“Tim Lambert has proven over and over that he can build high performing sales teams, as well as secure unique opportunities to quickly grow a business with innovative partnerships and distribution channels,” Finnigan said.
“The elegant integration of social networking into the hiring process makes Jobvite the recruiting
application of choice for market-leading companies,” Lambert said. “I’m excited to work with the talented executive team at Jobvite to bring talent acquisition innovations to market and scale our Software-as-a-Service business.”
Rumor has it that someone else from Yahoo! is joining Indeed as VP of Sales. More on that in a future post.

The Rumor is correct. The Manager of our “Majors” (All of the big players) department (Nolan) has left the company to become the VP of Sales at Indeed.
