monstertrak: top 5 industries for entry-level employment

MonsterTrak, the student division of Monster.com, has released a study on the industries who are hiring the most entry-level workers.

The top five:

  1. Sales and Business Development
  2. Accounting and Finance
  3. Training and Instruction
  4. IT and Software Development
  5. Medical and Health

The study also noted there was a 200 percent increase in entry-level healthcare and medical positions. Business development and accounting and finance still account for the largest percentage of entry-level jobs.
