The thought that people should begin to create a professional online presence is a very serious matter and one that business savvy individuals should take into account.

uBoast.com allows you to present yourself online in a professional demeanor. Creating a "virtual resume" allows a job candidate to show ("boast") all the great assets that they have to present to the world.

The unemployment rate is staggering and any leverage a person can get these days to stand out from the crowd could be phenomenal, even if it means creating a video profile. The video profile allows the user to show off any charismatic qualities, professionalism, energy, and communication skills.

I truly believe that given the economic state that we are in and headed towards, that more companies like uBoast.com will arise.

Vanessa - thank you for uncovering yet another hopeful site. Where do these people learn/research/decide on what to name their company?

Uboast? My gawwwd! The LAST thing I am looking for is to BOAST. This is all just starting to get so lame it's tough to remind myself these people think they've got a good idea.

Why is it (and this is just a guess) people with no background in recruiting think video resumes is some big pot of gold?

Ill advised. Misnamed. Played out. Headed for the scrap heap.
