This blog is hardly a unique online portal. Its poorly designed, not optimized and completely unprofessional.

If NAS wants to be considered a major player in recruitment communications, which now more than ever means Internet communications…I think it needs to take its own brand a little more serious.

NAS has the chance to knock to ball out of the park with a killer blog and this is what they deliver? A blogger hosted blog? Really? No custom design? No video?

Considering how important blogs have become in recruiting, this is upsetting. Especially considering NAS is going out to market pitching employment branding services.

It goes to show how far behind, not only hr is, but also those frequently hired to consult hr (when it comes to professional blogging).
