By Vanessa Dennis - At the recent ERE Expo, a term that I heard industry experts toss around quite a bit was "tools." How do recruiters choose which new Web 2.0 (or 3.0) tool to add to their arsenal, and how are these tools changing how we recruit? On a panel that was moderated by Gerry Crispin of CareerXroads, Cheezhead blogger and SEO expert Joel Cheesman, Yahoo's Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Carmen Hudson, and JobMachine's Shally Steckerl each described which tools are most important to them and how pervasive these recruiting weapons have become. The main question posed by the panel was, who is blogging, and if you're not, why? A few people said they've been exploring this newfound world of Web 2.0 tools, albeit hesitantly mainly because of legal fears and threats posed by their corporate colleagues. Warner's response: break the rules.

Similar to its U.S. operation, employers and job sites are able to include job content at no cost. And international publishers such as job boards, bloggers and content sites will continue to access additional job listings to supplement existing content. And yes, MySpace UK is involved too.
