I'm surprised ELI's Civil Treatment Series wasn't up there. ELI specializes in providing interactive classroom and online learning solutions and related services to help organizations build a legal, ethical workplace culture that fosters teamwork and minimizes risk. ELI’s award-winning curriculum focuses on changing behaviors and building skills to produce measurable outcomes. Isn't that what it's all about?

Another ELI product (Strengthening Employee Relations) covers union avoidance. The course addresses the managerial responsibilities involved in the establishment and maintenance of positive employee relations. Managers need to recognize that promoting positive employee relations is a vital professional competency they are expected to demonstrate as leaders at the organization. Because the organization speaks through its leaders, managers must effectively articulate the company’s point of view and recognize how union issues impact the company.

I can't believe there are no attendance management products in this top 10, I feel like this is one of the most important functions of Human Resources.

Our company uses SoftTime for our attendance tracking. With a great graphical interface, easy-to-use tools, and tons of video tutorials, how can you go wrong? They also have free demos, which is where we started.

I just thought I would throw a plug in there, they are a great company.

http://www.softwaretech.com is the link.

If you would like to implement some of Stephen Covey's best ideas, you can use this web aplication:

<a href="http://www.Gtdagenda.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.Gtdagenda.com</a>

You can use it to manage and prioritize your Goals (in each of your life's categories), projects and tasks, in an intuitive interface. It has a Checklists section, for the repetitive activities you have to do, important but not urgent (Quadrant II, for example your routines/habits). Also, it features a Schedules section and a Calendar, for scheduling you time, activities and for the weekly review.

Some features from GTD are also present, like Contexts and Next Actions.

And it's available on the mobile phone too, so you can access it wherever you are.
