what they do is take (often stale) job postings from other (free) boards and try to charge job seekers access fees. sometimes you can can sign up for limited free access, but only if you share credit card info with them so they can &quot;bill you later&quot; if you forget to cancel the service. 
they may or may not be spamming, but they certainly haven&#039;t shown this job seeker that they are much more than bottom feeders. birds of a kind do tend to flock together.</description>
