Employers are certainly needing to think about these extra employee 'benefits' as today's workforce want more from their employers - so it's good to see JobCogs taking the initiative early. Hopefully it will also help companies realize and capitalize on different benefits and perks that they could be offering to attract and retain the best candidates. The list seems extensive - and I couldn't see anything about being 'green', or environmentally friendly there! Hopefully they'll add these soon. I think this is a great idea by JobCogs.com. Employers are certainly needing to think about these extra employee ‘benefits’ as today’s workforce want more from their employers – so it’s good to see JobCogs taking the initiative early.
