Not to be outdone by rival Indeed.com’s international expansion, Simply Hired has launched four new sites targeting India, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
“The launch of these websites is an integral part of Simply Hired’s effort to expand our mission in building the largest worldwide job search engine,” said Gautam Godhwani, Simply Hired’s cofounder and CEO. “We want to continue making the job search process a positive experience globally and leverage the successful business model we have built in the U.S.”
Job seekers can change locations by a drop-down in the upper righthand corner of each job search results page
Similar to the company’s U.S. operation, employers and job sites are able to include job content at no cost. Click on Add Jobs for more information. Also, organizations can advertise their employment brand via premium display ads that appear on relevant search result pages.
For international publishers such as job boards, bloggers and content sites, Simply Hired will continue to provide additional job listings to supplement existing content. Moreover, Simply Hired will power the international job channel for MySpace UK, and supplements LinkedIn’s job board with millions of job listings from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, India, France, Germany and Spain.
Wait. France, Germany and Spain? Maybe that’s a glimpse into future markets?

IT seems those markets are not saturated already enough (sarcasm). I find it amazing how many boards wish to go international in an already over-saturated market. Simplyhired as well as others I guess are going for the obvious Google based adsense revenue from SEM and i guess who could blame them.
