Online recruiting marketplace Dayak has launched a new user interface on the employer side of their site.

Among the new features included in the refurbished platform are:

*New Employer Dashboard, which gives employers a quick snapshot of all their Dayak activity. An “action items” module highlights new candidate submissions and messages from recruiters.
*Streamlined Candidate Management – Dayak is now using Web 2.0 technology to streamline the candidate review process for employers.
*Candidate Management Tools, which allow employers to keep track of notes, short lists, and fit ratings on candidates’ interviews and hiring manager feedback.
*Job Management – Employers can now filter and sort jobs by status, name, and date posted and change the job status with one click.
*OFCCP Compliance Module – Dayak is now providing a fully-functional compliance module that ensures recruiters and candidates supply required information and agree with all record keeping and tracking.

CEO Allan Sabol said, “Dayak’s breakthrough platform provides employers with an important advantage by exponentially increasing the candidate flow while using advanced filtering to narrow down that flow to a usable level. Our interface gets employers and candidates face-to-face more quickly…”

I’v been attempting to log into the dayak’s recruiter page since the last week and keep getting “the site is currently unavailable error”. Is this happening only with me??

I am facing the same problem. I guess it is because of the upgrade.
