Job search engine Simply Hired has announced a partnership with DirectEmployers Association, a non-profit group of U.S. corporations, that will provide job seekers and companies with additional services for improving web recruiting and job search.
“We are pleased to work with such an affluent organization that strives to improve the Internet recruiting and job search process,” states Gautam Godhwani, Co-Founder and CEO. “In offering distribution through our diverse network, we hope to bring JobCentral’s job seekers and direct employers a value-add service to getting jobs to the right person at the right time.”
The partnership enables users to access a greater number of job postings via the DirectEmployers site, while searches performed on JobCentral.com (powered by DirectEmployers) will return results from jobs in the Simply Hired database. In addition, DirectEmployers’ jobs from member companies will be fed throughout the Simply Hired network of over 5,000 social networks, content sites, and blogs.

This is more of a positive reflection of DirectEmployer’s offerings than of Simply Hired. Indeed and LinkUp also include all of DirectEmployer’s listings, because DirectEmployer has done a great job of reaching out to the aggregators to freely promote all of their listings.
LinkUp decided to include their listings because they’re 100% real job openings with real companies - the sole criteria for feeding jobs to LinkUp.

FYI…Eric Caron works for LinkUp. No way he’s biased in any way.
