		<description>I really think that this is a cool idea, and love the concept for the industry.  I think that certain things hold it back now, though. One being that I&#039;m not sure there&#039;s any safeguard in place for stopping companies from discrimination based on all the visual content. (then again, that never stopped them on paper-based resumes alone)

Second, the downturn in the economy is going to (as it always does) inevitably lead to less agency fees and peripheral (Visual CV -type) fees being paid by companies to save $ on the bottom line. 

The truth of it is, still, that HR is one of the 1st departments to take a hit when the economy goes south.</description>
