		<description>I looked at the site and did a couple of job searches. Most of the jobs posted are outdated.  It looks like a Craigslist wannabe.  Ease of use, sort of.

I could see how a site like this might be useful for services and gigs as it grows, etc but not necessarily for a job search.  

I guess, too, that I don&#039;t understand how a new job board could jump into the online recruiting game in this economy.</description>
