Glassdoor, an online community where employees can rate the companies and bosses they work for, has compiled a list of CEOs who have received the highest approval and disapproval ratings on the site during the past year.

It would be interesting to correlate these lists to company success (revenue, profitability). At a glance, it looks like being “nice” makes good business sense. But the naughty CEOs might argue that you can’t be nice during tough time times (I’d disagree).
