This is a fine effort. However, as a company in the military placement space since 1991, we understand that there is no shortage of job sites catering to veterans. There are hundreds. The key for veterans getting hired is having a bridge that translates military ranks, occupational specialties and acronyms into terms that a civilian hiring authority can understand, as well as having visibility into which career fields have been particularly successful and satisfying for veterans. For instance, our company, Bradley-Morris, Inc. (BMI) provides this service free for military job seekers. If a civilian hiring manager is ex-military, it’s likely that they have these interpretive skills as well.
