If it walks and talks like an applicant tracking system, than it must be an applicant tracking system. Right?
But I couldn’t find those words anywhere on the ChoosyApp site. Instead, the founders are calling it “a very appealing proposition to HR managers.” The application allows managers to collect and review resumes by simply changing the “apply now” link on job boards to point to Choosy.
When applicants click on the link, they are directed to the Choosy dashboard, which allows them to apply for the job by uploading a resume.
When managers click on an applicant in Choosy, they can view resumes without opening any software. They can also reject, comment on, and send offers to candidates.
Trying ChoosyApp is free for 30 days, but after that you must select from three pricing tiers: basic ($24 a month gets you 3 job postings and unlimited applicants), comfy ($79 a month gets you 10 job postings), and posh ($149 a month gets you unlimited postings and candidates).
