There are several new online communities that let you rate your previous employer, but Jobeehive has an added feature that might boost its own ratings.
Aside from letting users post their typical rants and raves, employees can also leave advice behind for those gathering information on certain companies.
In fact, you can’t view the ratings and advice of others unless you leave first leave your own job review.
A user-generated layoff list is also gaining popularity on the site. Employees can post links to news or blog articles that discuss impending or occurring layoffs.
Companies who have been reviewed most recently on the site include Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Symantec, and Wipro Technologies.

The content is pretty good on jobeehive.com

jobeehive looks very similar to glassdoor. I’m not sure which one came first, but design wise, they look eerily similar. Also, they both use the same “give to get model” of building their database content.
I’m seeing others enter this space as well:
layoffdaily.com is a horrible looking one-page site with nothing but links pointing out to news stories on layoffs. I’m not sure what that guy plans to do after layoffs die down and companies begin hiring. Will he start hiringdaily.com?
twilightpad.com is sitting somewhere between the glassdoor/jobeehive model and the layoffdaily model. They seemed to be currently focused on layoffs (that’s where the news is these days), but have other content “verticals” that might prove useful, if they ever get enough content in there.
telonu.com is similar to twilightpad and seems well designed. I’m just not getting the idea of “tell on a person”.
It’s a crowded space and there are others out there. A sign of the times I guess…
