What would you be willing to pay to find the perfect job candidate? A new job board is helping recruiters and employers figure that out.

Job Bounty Hunter, a new type of job board, officially launched today. The site is a network of blogs and Web sites that syndicate, publish and promote job advertisements to readers via widgets.
The twist? Recruiters and employers are able to place a cash bounty on every advertisement and 100 percent of the advertised bounty goes to the site that refers the winning job seeker. CEO Andrew Stuart came up with the idea for the site in 2006, and although he faced many challenges, he was able to launch the site and be the first of its kind.
Employers and recruiters can post job advertisements to the site for free, but advertisers must pay the listed bounty if they successfully place a job seeker in that position. The site is currently only available in the United States, but it hopes to expand globally and create a paid service plan later this year.
“Even in tough economic times recruiters and employers need to be able to advertise not only to job board audiences, but also to advertise directly to the talent, to the professionals, to the active communities of interest that are found on the Internet,” the company said.

I will buy that domain name for $12.99 US just to take it off the market and cut down on the confusion.

It’s another adsense program for job. But I don’t see how it can make a sound in this noisy market.
