Bullhorn, a provider of On-demand, front office staffing and recruiting software, unveiled a new recruiting solution that seamlessly integrates with CareerBuilder, one of the largest job boards.
The new solution is based on Bullhorn’s Integrated Resume Search technology and leverages Bullhorn’s partnership with CareerBuilder.com to enable recruiters to post jobs in real time and search CareerBuilder.com’s resume database directly, without exiting Bullhorn.
In a press release Bullhorn noted some key benefits that they believe the integration will deliver, including better search functionality and cost savings through improved management. By better managing duplicate candidates, Integrated Resume Search prevents payment for the same resume multiple times.

CareerBuilder will also be sponsoring Bullhorn’s user conference, Bullhorn Live 2009 to be held February 1-5 at the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa in Las Vegas.
In October 2008 Papas announced a similar partnership with Monster.com called PowerSource that enables recruiters to use the same search interface from Bullhorn to search the Monster database.
