    They are definitely light years ahead of us and anyone in the industry in terms of integrating social networking into recruitment – may not be a big moneymaker yet, but those employers that jump on with CB should have 6 month to a year headstart at figuring out how or if social networking will work for jobs. Cb does it again

    Career Builder is particularly active on Facebook. The company’s fan page, which lists everything from past TV commercials to links to Career Builder job categories, plus the usual Facebook standards – comment wall, photos, RSS feed – has 29,585 members signed up.
