Jobvite clients are now able to tap into their burgeoning networks to target job opportunities to qualified people. The product’s new matching technology recommends jobs to the appropriate people in these networks. These personalized invitations, called Jobvites, enable recipients to share them with other possible prospects on social networks, thus increasing the movement of the message through viral techniques.

Jobvite said this product release also enables their customers to increase the engagement and effectiveness of their company career sites. Job seekers can now connect the dots by utilizing LinkedIn’s Company Insider widget to see who they might know at the company. They can directly apply for these jobs using their LinkedIn profiles.

Recruiters who are reviewing candidates within the Jobvite Web 2.0 platform can also access a candidate’s public LinkedIn profile.

Jobvite’s new Facebook application enables a company and its employees to to publish jobs on a fan page or an an employee’s profile page, thereby enhancing Jobvite’s total engagement methodology and making it easier for everyone to become a recruiter.

· Send Jobvites to 1st degree contacts.
· Jobvite recommends the best matches for the position in your network.
· Candidates submit their LinkedIn profiles when applying for jobs.
· Career site visitors can use the LinkedIn Company Insider widget to identify connections at the company.
· Recruiters and hiring manager can use the LinkedIn Profile widget within the Jobvite eRecruitment application.

Facebook
· Send Jobvites to Facebook friends by notification, post, or status update.
· Jobvite recommends the best matches for the position in your friends.
· Add a Facebook application that features jobs on profile or fan pages.
· Facebook Connect is used to integrate with the Jobvite eRecruitment application.

Twitter
· Send Jobvites via Twitter by broadcast or direct message (140 characters).
· Jobvite recommends the best matches for the position in your followers.
