I wonder when they will begin to consolidate though, because there are so many now they risk too much competition and diluting each other. Aggregated classifieds (like Kayak for flights and Indeed for jobs) are only going to continue to rise in their popularity. Has anyone seen any particular success in going down the classified route for finding new employees? I know a few friends who have had success via Craigslist. For the price, is there any other way to reach candidates for so little (sometimes for free!)?
