People need to be creative in finding, locating and then applying for those positions. In addition, these facts do not call for the other piece of the pie pushing the numbers down. Companies are not advertising as much since they do not need to. Jobs are being filled by referrals and extended networks without having to consistently place down hundreds and thousands of dollars for marketing efforts.
