Even those who haven't lost their jobs, or anyone in their family, are feeling the stress and the pressure of this current economic tsunami. Because we often live without a lot of 'margin' when any one of our outside pressures increases, the whole house of cards begins to fall. It is my hope that not only will this all turn around soon but that people would courageously seek out the help they need during this difficult time. I have to say that as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Career and Life coach you are absolutely right.
