		<description>Thanks for the heads up. If they maintain this model it will spell out the begining of the end. As an example, for Tree Professionals it does not supply the best results for job seekers when they remove TreecareJobs.com from the index all together (which they did in mid January..just like the article says). Treecare pros use the board all the time, but now some good arborists have trouble finding it. Even the largest tree employer in the world (2 billion dollar company) runs a link from their career section. I hope this story is picked up by big media. Thank you.</description>

		<description>I run 3 niche job boards (BlockIslandJobs.com, MarthasVineyardWorks.com &amp; NantucketWorks.com) and I&#039;ve been watching this trend for the past couple of weeks.  The big 3 are showing up on page one results on Google and they don&#039;t have any jobs on the islands!</description>
