ICIMS, a Software-as-a-Service provider of talent management solutions, and Valiant, a provider of comprehensive workforce management solutions, are partnering to offer clients a seamless integration of the two platforms.
As the iCIMS’ Talent Platform helps clients to streamline talent management processes like applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management and workforce planning, Valiant’s Workforce Management solution supplements this offering with tools like time and attendance, scheduling, and payroll.

A press release said that the partnership is largely attributed to the companies’ vast similarities, which includes comparable customer profiles and parallel approaches towards technology and client service levels.
